Dial Sugar & Jam Thermometer

As an alternative to our stand up sugar thermometer we also provide this dial thermometer for use when making Jam or Sugar Confectionary. The large dial visible from above makes it excellent for continuous monitoring and keeping track of the temperature of your sugar and jam.

This stainless steel Sugar and Jam thermometer comes with a handy clip to clip on the side of the pan or jug during the cooking phase.

The stainless steel probe allows for the user to keep the thermometer clean with ease.

The thermometer comes with a nut underneath the dial face to allow the user to calibrate the device if needs be.
